Where will you be working?
You’ll be working at SDLG (Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.), a major international player in the construction equipment industry. Founded in 1972, SDLG operated in partnership with Volvo since 2006, but from September 2025 onwards it is fully independent. SDLG supplies machinery such as excavators, wheel loaders, and road equipment worldwide. For the European market, you’ll be based at their warehouse in Harderwijk, the Netherlands. What will you be doing?
As a Finance Specialist, you will support SDLG’s financial operations in the Netherlands and report directly to the EU Finance Manager on a daily basis. You ensure that the financial administration is accurate and up to date, while supporting a wide range of financial activities within the organization. In this role, you will have a high level of responsibility and work closely with international colleagues in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. As SDLG continues to expand across Europe, you’ll have the opportunity to actively contribute to the further growth and professionalization of the finance department.
What are we looking for?
You are accurate, analytically strong, and feel comfortable working in an international environment. You work independently, take ownership, and can easily switch within a dynamic organization. In addition, you bring:

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a financial direction;
• Some relevant work experience within finance, administration, or accounting;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in Chinese and/or Dutch is a strong plus.
